I’m curious about all sorts of developments and activities, and it’s not hard for me to get excited about new business and design improvements. Our business environment is in the mist of great global change, urbanism, mega trends, urbanization, the circular economy, the appreciation of nature, digitalization and the strong rise in living standards. Unfortunately, we also have been noticed war and completely pointless suffering. We all need to be better, as in Lean methods - “We try to achieve perfectionism without ever achieving this”. The new better also means transparency and accountability in all our actions. In an era of climate crisis, the company's operations requires open and steady business development. Along with increasing transparency, all activities must be beautiful inside and out.
I have worked in international teams at Procter & Gamle, L’orèal, Kao and Henkel, which, with twenty years of business experience, gives me a good and solid background to develop all operations further. I am at my best in managing business and planning Design, carrying out projects, developing company strategy and taking it forward. In addition to sales and development, I have done space and furniture designs and project-based public furniture tendering projects for vocational colleges with Archicad and Rhino-layouts and 3D-images.
In near future:
Europe uses only 4% of wood materials in present construction projects. Rest of the construction materials are concrete, metal materials, stone etc. So, we can only imagine what kind of positive impact it will have to construction Industry if field would considered wood to substitute other construction materials. Buildings would reconstruct with principals of Sustainable Development. This would be great news to come for our future generations and prodigies.
Researches states: "if we will change non-renewable materials to renewable wood, activities will low EU`s every year carbon footprint in construction Industry over 80 %. It's worth fighting for, don't you agree.
