After the renovation house started to look livable, warm and comfy home where every quest can feel like they are always welcome.
Beach House after the renovation. We needed to dissemble everything in the renovation and start all from the beginning. Outside wood paneling was left alone, @ those places which didǹt need to be changed except the black painting and lots of another dissembling work in outside.
After the electricity work, we decided to add also the airpump beside of 11 kWh Sun panels, fire place and direct electricity. Changes with sun panels safes approximately over 1.200 euros in every year. On the top, the airpump will safe energy costs (Aircond. Warming) 15-25% in a year.
HALLWAY
Most of the furnitures are own handwriting and craftsmanship. I designed the living room sofa in 2009.
LIVINGROOM
Kitchen table is made of oak. Outside terraces has lots of hiding places to relax, eat or cook, have a bathtub, or yaguzzi, swing in the lake or even watch a movies either inside or outside cinema.
